Думаю, я не последний, кто столкнется с задачей подписания запросов через КриптоПро. Написал сигнеры для этого: консольный и через дополнение для пхп.
Полагаю, правильно было бы покрыть сигнеры тестами, но не придумал как добавить КриптоПро в сборку. Продукт проприетарный и распространять с тестами мы его не можем.
